HOW  The next time we need* to get a new phone, laptop, or similar hardware, let's get it refurbished/used instead of new. Here is a good place for safely doing so.  *Let's make sure really need it first. Not getting anything new is always best. From Subscriber Karen S: "Cut up bar soap into several slices. Add 1-2 slices plus water into a reusable liquid soap dispenser and voila...after a short time, liquid soap! I store the extra slices in a reusable container.
