WHY Wind can blow trash out of bins, littering the streets. Some of that can end up in our oceans. We will reduce land and ocean litter by covering our outdoor trash bins.
HOW When we take out the trash, make sure to cover the bin it's in. Don't have a cover? Try to not over fill the bin. Or, if it's in a bag, tie it tightly closed. | |
