today we will ask for no side dressing. WHY Side dressing containers = more waste if disposable, and wasted cleaning water if not. Either way, we'll reduce our impact by asking for no dressing on the side. HOW When ordering a salad or meal that includes a dressing or sauce, ask for it on the dish...not on the side.
